Please know that Andrew is a very special, intelligent, and kind person representing you in a manner that explemifies your high standards.  He patiently answered questions, shared information that I had no knowledge of, and now I feel more informed about how to make it function at its highest level for best results.

Just wanted to let you know that Andrew stopped over yesterday to set me up my new AirSense 10.

What a great guy! He couldn't have been nicer, more professional or patient with me and my questions.

He spent an hour and a half with me and made me feel comfortable with the device and its operation and all he many new features.

As a fellow sleep apnea sufferer 100% committed cpap user, I quickly realized his concern and advice for the device was genuine.

He took the time to ask me in advance, what type of mask I preferred or if I wanted to try a new mask?

He even discussed the merits of losing weight and the potential for further complications that can be caused by untreated sleep apnea.In short,  I could not be more pleased with Andrew and the service he proved d.  He is by far, the best equipment provider I have worked within the last 4 -5 machines I have received in the past.  

What a valuable resource he is to your patients and he truly represents you in the very best way

I had a cpap machine delivered to my home by your team member, Andrew.  It is indeed rare that I encounter someone with complete knowledge and passionate product knowledge and enthusiasm, who explained everything so I understood his instruction perfectly and, most importantly' left my home with me feeling that his product (the cpap) was going to change my life.

I can honestly and  unequivocally state everything he said was spot on. I had no difficulty using my device and I feel as if I have a new lease on life!

I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Andrew and his team for their professionalism, his enthusiasm and the way he left me feeling that my quality of life would improve.

Andrew gave me the confidence to believe that this would happen and he was correct.  I am sure it you are very aware but, it never hurts to hear it again, that you are an outstanding member to my healthcare team.
